I was born in Nazareth,  Israel. I'm a Ph.D. student in the Institute of Chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where I also received my B.Sc and M.Sc in Chemistry and Biology. In my research, I study the polymorphism and the structure of bacterial extracellular matrix proteins as well as the interactions between organic and inorganic materials within the extracellular matrix of bacterial biofilms. In my free time, I like to play the guitar, read books, and to watch football matches.
